Section 01 • Institutional Inception & Purpose

Bridging Public Education Budgets with Boca Raton’s Visionary Community Spirit

Incorporated in the State of Florida in April 2023 (Sunbiz Document #N23000004307), FRIENDS OF WEST BOCA RATON HIGH SCHOOL FOUNDATION INC. was established by visionary parents and community leaders—led by President Jennifer Cigale, Vice President Ashley Elder, and Registered Agent Joseph Nappi—who recognized that extraordinary students and teachers deserve extraordinary tools.

While The School District of Palm Beach County provides essential baseline operations for West Boca Raton Community High School at 12811 Glades Road, standard district allocations cannot always keep pace with industry-grade flight simulation hardware, clinical medical mannequins, commercial culinary stations, or advanced AP/AICE laboratory technology.

Our foundation serves as the dedicated, IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) philanthropic bridge—transforming tax-deductible family contributions and local corporate sponsorships into tangible classroom upgrades and collegiate scholarships for every West Boca Bull.
